I am looking for information on Leonard Riggs born abt 1882 in Campbell Co, TN. Specifically this marriage to a Minnie Dabney born abt 1886 in the same area. Who was she? Dabney is my line and I have not been able to determine her parents and I find no other records on her other than their marriage. I feel sure she must be an ancestor of mine. any information would be greatly appreciated.
