Hello, Harriet Richbourg's father IS Hugh E. Richburg. He changed the spelling of his name. His father, William Richbourg is descended from Monsieur De Richbourg, of France in 1491. They were Huguenots. I am currently tracing this line in a private family tree. Harriet Richbourg Prescott was born in Alabama and died in Coffee County, SC.
