1900 Decatur Village Burt County Nebraska has Frank and Rhoda listed with two other children...the names of the children are hard to make out. The girl's name may be Minney and the boy's name Harry.

Found information where Flora Rich married Abraham Bowman. He was born in Nodaway County, Mo.
