I have family members with the last name of Revalee. William F. Revalee who married my gg aunt Della K. Case and they had several children. They also came from Indiana and I have their marriage license. This may not help you with your names, but I live in Butler County Ohio and Revalee is not a common name anymore. My Revalee's lived in Butler County until Della's death in 1917 and she is buried here. William F., Lawrence, Gladys (Russell), Sarah Ella (Petty)and an Alice (cannot locate her) all but Alice died in California in the 1940's. Let me know if these names ring a bell. Thanks
