Dorothy I. Renninger
Dorothy I. Renninger, 95, formally of Mill Hall, died Monday, April 18, 2011, at Lock Haven Hospital.
She was born on Oct. 16, 1915 in Mill Hall,pa,
the daughter of the late Edward Leroy and Eva Markle Miller.
In 1933 in Salona, she married James R. Renninger who preceded her in death on August 31, 1999.
Dorothy was a longtime member of the Mill Hall United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed bingo, music and butterflies. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Joan V. Berry (Ronald) of Mill Hall; three grandchildren, Leslie Stewart, Lynn Klinefelter and James Berry; four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Ralph, Donald, Gaylord and Frank Miller, and two sisters, Freda Bilby and Jean Cryder.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 21, 201, at 11 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High Street, Flemington, with the Rev. Valerie Delooze officiating.
Friends and family will be received Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Mill Hall United Methodist Church.
