I'm looking for a fellow researcher, or perhaps a cousin from this section of Germany who would be interested in helping me pick up the threads leading from the US back to Germany.

Johann Renn and his wife Christina left the Hombressen area about 1849 with 3 sons and 2 daughters: Augustus, Fredrich, Christopher, Maria Louise and Anna Christine. Johann was born 18 Jan 1802 and Christine was born 2 Sep 1803. They were a founding family for a Lutheran Church in Maryand, so I would assume that they were part of the Lutheran Church in Germany.

I would love to find out the parents of my 3rd Gr-Grandparents, and perhaps meet a few cousins along the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
