(This is a copy of a post I made to the Abbott surname board.)

I was browsing my local antique mall and came across a framed "heirloom" style marriage certificate for William Ch. Reitz of Pittsburgh and Sallie Abbott of St. Louis. The marriage was performed by a Fr. Lindemann or Lindermann in Pittsburgh on February 23, 1882 and was witnessed by Jacob Reitz and John Reitz, jun. There are places in the certificate that were clearly meant for photos of the bride and groom, and of the couple together, but there are no pictures attached.

If anyone is interested in the original, I am willing to go back and buy it and take it to be shipped. The item is marked at $75 and there is not generally an opportunity to negotiate as the owner of the items in an individual booth is not usually on site; I'm not sure how much shipping (and packaging it safely) would cost. I will unfortunately not be able to get back there until October 18 at the earliest due to work and other things.

Unfortunately, I did not note the booth number. It is in an aisle near the center of the mall, somewhat closer to the back than the front, but that's about as specific as I can be - and this is a large building. It's always possible though that if you call, whoever answers may be willing to look.
