I see Moricz's wedding record in the Hungarian marriages database on jewishgen.org, which indicates the marriage occurred 1894.07.08 in Cigand, Hungary but was registered in Kiralyhelmecz (now Královský Chlmec, Slovakia). The record suggests that Moricz was born ca. 1850 (his bride, Zali Dicker, ca. 1853). I also see the marriage of a daughter of Leopold (no mother's name provided) named Mali Reichard, who was born ca. 1851, and married Herman Neuman of Perbenik (born ca. 1843) in Velky Hores on 1869.08.10.

I don't see any simple way of connecting Leopold's line to the Reichards in Satoraljauhely, but it's a good bet that they're all related. You might contact Mark Reichard, in California, who has been collecting information about some 9 lines of the family from the Satoraljauhely region, and also information for relatives who don't (yet) fit into any of the known lines.
