I have been rereading my grandmother's 1926 journal of her trip to Germany. My grandmother's maiden name was Beyer and her mother was Charlotte Wolff (Wulff). Charlotte was b. April 8, 1846 in Malchow, Mecklenburg and had a sister named Mathilda who married a Rehfeldt. Mathilda Wolff Rehfeldt was still living in 1926 as my grandmother said she went to Hamburg to visit her cousins. She mentions that she saw Mathilde Rehfeldt, Rudolph and Martha Rehfeldt and children Alfred 19, Herta 14, and Richard Rehfeldt 12. My deceased mother said she sent money and clothes to the family after WWII but lost contact with them. Are there any Rehfeldts out there who are related to these people? Mathilde may had a daughter Auguste because Peter and Auguste Ramm are listed under Matilde's name along with Freida Ramm 18, Greta Ramm 21, and Paul Ramm 15.
