My last name is Truebger and am interested in
any information you might have concerning the
Truebger/Draper family. I have researched back
to 1850 where Andreaus Truebger came to the US
and first went to Cincinnati, OH and then finally
settled in Golconda, IL. There is a world of
information in the Pope County records and my
family has retreived most of it. In fact there
are still decendents living in Golconda. I am
interested in any immigration records that show
the Truebger/Draper family coming to the US.
I know that they came from the former Prussia
which became East Germany and also part of Poland.
I do not know what port they came in to but it
was around the year 1850. If you have any information
to share, I would be glad to share what I have with you.
