Does anyone know if there is a softcopy or electronic copy of the "History of the Descendants of John Jacob Rector" by Levi Brimner Salmans available?

I see this book referenced many times when researching my Rector lineage, but have not been able to find a copy on Amazon, Powells, or at any bookseller. The nearest library to me to have a copy is 1400 miles away.

If someone has a pdf or softcopy and would like to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
