Mayflower versus Pilgrims what's the difference please

Classification: Immigration
Surnames: Reed and Warren
My family research on my mother's side I'm finding both Scots (eng.) and English early settlers from England. William Reed, Read, Reade, etc... early settler in Mass. I don't see this name on the Mayflower passenger list but saw a source from Ancestry project with possible link to Mayflower passenger. I think it's Sarah Warren his wife but I couldn't find Warren on the Mayflower passenger list either. I'm just not sure. Can anyone suggest how I should proceed?
Thank you.

Rhonda, I am Kathleen Weatherly Cyndi's cousin: I have a question for you regarding your last name Flores are you related to Les and Pat Flores whom have a daughter Kelly Flores? Les died awhile back ago and is/was a very good friend of my husbands. Warren is a very popular name back in the 1600's. Lots of Warren's in Marshfield and Duxbury, MA I am originally from that area. Look up Duxbury Historical Society and Marshfield Historical Society also Plymouth. J

Mayflower vs Pilgrims is mostly the samething Pilgrims came on the Mayflower and brought other ships with them. There are several books on this to read and long but interesting.

The Mayflower in Plymouth is a replica.
