Many of our ancestors came from mixed nationalities...there are English, Scottish, Irish, and many other, including Native Americans in the Ratliff DNA. And of course, you have French among the notables listed in the very early Redcliff/Ratcliffe/Radclyffe/Ratliff and other derivations of the surname.
