Would it be possible for me to see your research....including the sources of your documentation? I can better advise you after I have seen it. It is always better to have a Y-DNA test done but you must have a male with the surname Raper that is in your line. If that isn't possible there are a few more Raper's who are doing the autosomal DNA which reveals cousins. Of course it is more complicated than this so I'll advise you to visit
