I've done a little more digging around and it looks like the dates were off by 10 years!!

I've been able to find a record for Emily Eliza Margaret Rann 3 Jan 1899. Not sure about the location. The index says Edmonton (Vol 3a, Page 503 in Edmonton). Not sure how I access the full certificates.

Fathers name - Harry Rann
Mothers name - May Baker
