The Rainey/Raney Conference since 1990 has been held in Franklin,TN. If another conference is held and I sponsor it, it will definitely be in another location. I plan to have something on this subject in next issue about whether to continue the conferences and new location. My personal preference is different location each conference. The number of people attending at the last conference was too small to continue it as in the past. I have contacted other surname groups about their conferences, looking for ways to boost attendence.
