I have been researching the Raifsnider surname for over a year now. I have a Madeline J Raifsnider born about June/July 1930 (1930 census hard to read), daughter of Howard Wayne Raifsnider 13 Nov 1899 to Jan. 1974 and Mildred L. 1907-?. I have information further back, but nothing beyond this. I have not gotten to Franklin County yet to continue my research, but since you now have Madeline's fathers month and year of death, maybe you can call the Coyle Free Library and see if there will do an obituary look up for a fee? That could give you information like a married name or city of residence.
