Larry and Sally Ragland are children of Frank Arthur Ragland (second marriage). Only son of 1st marriage, Robert Eugene Ragland, Sr., seeking these lost siblings, who are probably in their 60's or 70's in 2000. Frank Ragland moved from Los Angeles, California to Amarillo, Texas, circa 1936.
