McQueen, MacQueen, or Macqueen?

Surnames: Queen, McQueen, MacQueen, Macqueen
The Queen surname is an anglicized version of the above names. Does any expert in the family know which of the spellings is correct for the Scottish side of the family? What is the difference between Mc and Mac? Would really appreciate an explanation from someone in the know! Thanks! Stephanie
