Searching for UK link to Henry Pybas (Probably originally Pybus). He lived in North Carolina till his death in the late 1700's. His will is dated 1782. He was married to "Mary". His property was along both sides of the Trent River.
He worked with wood (builder/cabinet maker?). He traded his work for land. Common family names for males are John, James, and William.
Possible relationship to Sir John Pybus of the West Indies or to pirates in carribean.
