I am searching for information on my grandfather Alexander Puza. He was born August 5, 1892 in Poland. It is believed he arrived in the US in 1910 at the age of 18 to stay with his father St. Puza in Westfield, MA. Somewhere between 1910 and 1913 he met and married his first wife, Valerie Magiera, and they had two children together before her death in November of 1918 in Erie, PA. Alexander then met and married my grandmother, Mary Rucinski in 1919 and they had three children together, living in Chicago, IL. They divorced shortly after the death of one child in 1927 and he moved back to the Erie, PA area with his first two children, leaving the other two to be raised by their mother. My grandfather would not share much about his past with his children and so very little is known about him or his family. Any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated, as his three remaining children would love to know more about him and their families. Thank you.

I assume you have the ships list for Alexander. (If you search for Puza on the Ellis Island site, it should be the first hit).
There are some numbers in the occupation line of the ship manifest. These numbers indicate that he applied for citizenship. It appears that a certificate of arrival was issued on 7/30/1942. This is the date his arrival was verified for application for naturalization. You may find more information if you can track down his naturalization application, certificate of arrival and declaration of intent to become a citizen, which should all be together in his file in the court where he was naturalized.
In light that this occurred after 1906, the naturalization could have occurred in a US District/Circuit Court, or in a state court on the county level (e.g., court of common pleas for county of Luzerne, state of Pennsylvania.) If anyone has his naturalization papers, the court, county and state should be on them.

Ancestry.com has many of the Westfield, Mass., City directories on its site. What ancestry does not have, the Westfield Athenaeum has. Sometimes the city directory will give you a date of death of a person, and sometimes will tell you that person has moved (may say removed to XXXX (this may include a state only, or a city and state, or country removed to). It may also, tell you that a woman married xxx and removed to. (marriage may not be there though because of age or listed only head of household). You may have to go into individual years under last name.
