Would any of you be familiar with Huldah STURTEVANT b. 1794 Father Nehemiah (Noah?) STURTEVANT who married Thomas Purrington (brother to Joseph)?

Frances Eliza STURTEVANT, b. Apr. 1804 is my 3rd grt. grandmother b. in NY or MA, I am trying to find her family. I believe her parents are a Lany STURTEVANT (Spelled as STURDEFENT on 1810 census) Helen (maiden name unknown) STURTEVANT, as Lany is on the 1810 Census Helen is on the 1820 census in Albany, NY. Helen was widowed between the 1810 census the 1813 directory of Albany. (1st directory Albany)

Frances STURTEVANT's son, Henry Clay OVERIN (b. 1844 NYC, NY) signed up for the Military under the name of George THOMPSON, for a Joseph PURRINGTON. (Henry substituted for George, I suppose) Joseph PURRINGTON was from Colrain, Franklin County, MA.

I received this information recently, "Joseph E. PURRINGTON's brother Thomas PURRINGTON m. a Huldah STURTEVANT Apr. 4, 1822. Huldah was possibly the daughter of Noah. Huldah was b. 1794; d. 1837 is buried in Brach Cemetery in Colrain. These two named a daughter Eliza."

I would appreciate hearing from ay of you who have information on Huldah Nehemiah (Noah) STURTEVANT's family since this could help in my search. I believe that Huldah Frances are cousins of some type that Lany STURTEVANT (France's Father is either a cousin or brother to Nehemiah/Noah. I would also appreciate it if you had any information on connection's between THOMPSON's, PURRINGTON's STURTEVANT's.

Thanks,
Cheryl
