Jim, so very glad to hear from you. Your grandfather and my grandfather, Evangelista "Angelo" Lorusso were cousins who worked together for decades as barbers just off of Tremont Avenue in the Bronx. We share common great great grandparents - Francesco Ninivaggi born Januarly 21, 1827 and Catarino Incampo born February 4, 1828. That makes us fourth cousins. Since both our grandparents lived about two blocks away from where they worked, I saw your grandfather many times at the barber shop that he owned when I was visiting, but the rest of the family only a couple of times. There was a large age difference between me and Frank's children so they were soon off and married while I was still a child. Our grandparents were best men and maids of honor at their weddings which were only 3 weeks apart in 1924. My email address is
rpu9@aol.com. There is much information, including photos, that I would love to have on your extended Ninivaggi family. I have lots of information on the older Ninivaggi families dating into the 1700s and some photos already, but very little on your father and his siblings and their families. I also have a photo gallery site SmugMug.com with some Ninivaggi photos. Are you okay with inviting each other to our family trees? I'm sure we would have a lot to talk about. My phone number is 940-455-7430. I now live about 30 miles north of Dallas and Fort Worth..
