Puka without the S on the end

Surnames: Puka
Are there any "Puka" families out there? No "S" on the end of the name. I am trying to find a lost half of our family. My husbands grandfather, John Michael Puka, was born 1-15-1880 in Poland and came to the United States in the early 1900s. He was in the Turkish Army Calvary when he was 17 or 18 years old. His brother, name not certain, maybe Joseph, brought John's financee to the United States. Her name was Antonina Osipovna Mateusyak. John and Antonina were married in Ohio on 4-11-1910. These two brothers had an argument and went their separate ways, never to see each other again. I would love to find this lost half of our family. I have a picture of the lost brother. The boys mother passed away when they were very young, their father re-married.
