Hi Allan and Karen! My daughter and I are coming to Ireland on Nov. 22 and will be staying in Dublin that night. Please e-mail me at lizwhip@aol.com! My great-grandfather was Michael Pryal who came from County Mayo. We'll be staying at the Paramount Hotel.

My name is Tom Pryal. I was born in Boyle, Co. Roscommon in 1936. My father was John Pryal. He was orphaned at a young age and had no known relatives in the Roscommon area. He died in 1948. We think the family originated in Kilalla. There is a record of 2 Pryals moving to Roscommon.
Hope this is of use and if you have other information I would appreciate it.

My grandfather was born in 1860 in Ballycastle one of 8 children. He came to the US in 1883 finally settling in Archbald, Pennsylvania. Only his sister Anna and brother Andrew stayed in Ireland. The related family names were Jordan, Ford (Forde) and Early (Earley). My EMail is Pryal@flash.net and I currently live in Texas.

My grandfather is Francis Pryal from Mayo. I plan on taking a trip back to the "homeland" to take in the culture and do some sight-seeing. Any suggestions....thanks for the help.
