Hello again Faye, I have now sorted out my ancestors it has taken me two years to track down my 3x Gt Grand father William Proctor.
Starting from the top

Thomas Proctor marries Grace Spencer in 1743 at Kildwick
Children are

2)John b 1746 later marries Elizabeth Carrington in 1773
3)Thomas b1749
4)Samuel 1752 later marries Sarah Moorhouse in 1775(my Line)
5)Jane b 1754
6)Mary b 1758
7)Rosamund b1762

Children of John Proctor 2)& Elizabeth Carrington are
Ann b1773 Marries William Watson in 1798, Grace b1775 marries William Broadbent in 1806, Thomas b1777 marries Hannah Bracewell in 1805 children Elizabeth 1806, John 1809 & David 1811, Mary b1778, John & Samuel (John & Samuel are twins both born in 1780) Samuel Married Ann Whittaker(died 1808) in 1800 at Kildwick and later marries Mary Hartley in 1822 at Colne Lancashire, Jane b1782 married Peter Hartley in 1812 in Carlton Yorkshire 2 possible children Jane b1819 Colne & Sarah Ann b1826 Colne, Elizabeth b1784 possibly marries William Brown in 1805 (can't locate marriage record) & Catharine b1786.

Samuel 4) (my line) marries Sarah Moorhouse in 1775 at Kildwick (confirmed in parish register)

Children of Samuel & Sarah Moorhouse
Anne b1776, Samuel 1777 (my 4th Gt Grand father) marries Alice Holmes in 1805 in Keighley Children William b1798 (my 3rd Gt Grand father) possibly baptized in 1819? at Keighley marries Sarah Pickles in 1821 children are William b1824, Jane b1826, John b1826 & Moorhouse b1833 (takes grandma's surname),
Sarah Pickles died in 1833 and William moves to Bury Lancs (his children are taken in by two families in Yorkshire)and William moves to Bury & marries Ellen Crawford nee Tattersall in 1839 at Radcliffe Lancashire.

Grace 1778, Sarah 1780, Ester 1785, Thomas 1786, Jane 1792 marries Peter Hartley in 1812 at Carlton, children Jane b1819 & Sarah Ann b1826.

Children of William Proctor & Sarah Pickles
William b 1824 Lothersdale marries Sarah Greenhalgh in 1847 at St Marys parish church in Bury Lancashire, John stays on the farm and possibly marries Elizabeth Eagles (not on 1861 Census) have one Child Elizabeth Maria b1857 is shown in the 1841 census with Samuel his grand father, Alice Grand mother with William & Jane & Sarah Moorhouse aged 90 S(Samuel's mother) also the 1861 Census shows John & child Elizabeth Maria and also with Samuel aged 83 with wife Alice aged 81.
