My gg grandfather Robert Preston married Jessie Wilson in Goulburn in 1963, but given his age - mid 40's, it would not surprise me if he was married before. He worked as a property near Goulburn, New South Wales - I believe as a butcher. I can only assume he wasn't well off financially.
