George A. Prather was the first child of Benjamin T. Prather and Mary Ann Drahn Prather. She was my GG Aunt. The family had a sheep ranch near Waco, TX. Benjamin had a brother in Washington Co. Arkansas. I am trying to find the actual birth place of George A. as well as the month and day of birth. I have found dates of 13 Dec, 1867 and 13 Jan 1867.

The place and date of birth will either help to solve a troubling family mystery, or will just help to drive me crazy!

If it helps, Benjamin was born on TN and is the son of G. W. Prather of TN and Waco, TX. Mary Ann Drahn was born in Prussia (Germany).
