Hello, I am searching for a Lacy, Tracey and Toy Prater from Michigan. I think they were born in Ohio or maybe even Ky. Their father's name was William Bill Prater born in Floyd Co Ky. but later moved to Alger Ohio. Their mother's name maybe Emma or Rhoda. He was married three times so I do not know which woman mothered who. Any information would would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
