Hello J,
Sorry it has taken so long to come back to these messages. Sounds like it is the same John I have. Is your information from Ron Rohrer? He has tons of Poyer stuff. We've never been able to confirm the name Wenche as one of the children. It looks like Wenche in the Orphan's Court administration papers I copied. Dolores

I received an email from Mary Tremblay, whose mother, Eugenia H. Brown, P.O. Box 5454, Auburn, CA 95604 has a bunch of stuff on the Poyers, but she has no computer. She would like you to send her a snail mail letter... The daughter contacted me in case I knew you. The daughter was having trouble getting in to post a message to attract your attention - so hopefully this posting will catch your eye. I can then forward you the daughter's e mail, etc.. I also have the mother's phone number. Tks David

I am sure this is old news on the Poyer-Wildrick family but Ira and Rosella had a daughter Delila Wildrick that died 29 Apr 1878 at age 7. She was not listed on FindAGrave with their other children. Since Ira and Rosella are buried at the Old Union Cemetery in Hope I would assume that Delila is probably also buried at Union. I just happen to come by this site as I've been doing some research on the Poyers. I am not related but do have a Poyer in my familytree........Rachel Poyer that married William Lusk.
