My Posada family tree

Surnames: Posada, Posadas
I don't see many entries on the Posadas board, so I'll throw this in....

Most of these records were collected from FamilySearch.org, and took place in San Pedro, Guadalcazar, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The baptism and records I have viewed show they lived in Terrero De Posadas. (Note: Names in all caps were collected online; I have not viewed the actual records.)

Benancio Posada married Maria Francisca Almasan on 15 AUG 1826.
Their children were:
Jose Victoriano Posadas Almasan, born about 9 SEP 1827.
Jose Faustino Posadas Almasan, born about 22 FEB 1829.

He became a widower and married Barbara Posadas on 22 NOV 1834.
Their children were:
JOSE PROCOPIO YSAVEL POSADAS POSADAS, born about 13 JUL 1836.
MARIA NICOLASA DE GUADALUPE POSADAS POSADAS, born about 12 DEC 1837.
JOSE VENIGNO POSADAS POSADAS, born about 17 FEB 1839.
MARiA ENCARNACION POSADAS POSADAS, born 26 MAR 1840.
Jose Sotero Posadas Posadas, born about 26 APR 1841.
JOSE FLORENTINO PILAR POSADAS POSADAS, born about 16 OCT 1848.
JOSE DEMETRIO DARIO POSADAS POSADAS, born about 22 DEC 1850.

Jose Sotero Posadas married Maria Pragedis Martinez on 24 NOV 1868.
Their children were:
JOSE MARCOS FRANCISCO POSADAS MARTINEZ, born about 10 OCT 1869.
MARIA PIOQUINTA BERNARDINA POSADAS MARTINEZ, born about 20 MAY 1872.
Maria Donaciana Francisca Posadas Martines, Baptised 04 OCT 1874.

The baptism record for Maria Donaciana Francisca Posada shows she was 8 days old. I calculate her birthday as 26 SEP 1874. My great-grandmother was known as Damiana Posada. I was told they would celebrate her birthday on Sep 27. I asked relatives if her mother's name was Pragedis, and it did sound familiar to them. Damiana's father was Sotero Posada. They are shown living in the same household in the 1920 US Census. With this information, I'm pretty certain Damiana and Donaciana are the same person.

We believe the name of Damiana's husband was Jose Lucas Saldana, but we don't know when or where they married. (Possibly around 1901)

Damiana's husband died of some illness. She journeyed north with five children during the revolution. The youngest one died along the way. They settled in McAllen, Hidalgo Co, TX about 1914.

Damiana and Jose Lucas' children were:
Maria Saldana, born about 1901. (My Grandmother)
Julia Saldana, born about 1908.
San Juana Saldana, born about 1912.
Pedro Saldana, born about 1914.

Here are some additional Posadas I saw listed as neighbors on the 1920 US Census. I've been told they are relatives. At the moment, I can't recall how they are related. Some of them moved up to Ohio in the 1930s.
Encarnacion Posada, children are Delfina and Beatriz.
Prisca Posada (married to Alejo Grimaldo). Children are Soledad, Pedro, Juan, and Ramona.

Let me know if any of this sounds familiar....

Is there a differance between "Posada" and "Posadas"?
