Hi Madonna,
I would be interested in reviewing your Hasselbach information if that is still possible. I am Descended from Christopher Hasselbach who immigrated to Canton Twp., Wayne County, MI from Hesse(n)-Darmstadt, Germany in 1852. Since Taylor Twp. is very close to Canton Twp. I would like to see what information you have.
Anyone else who may see this and be able to provide assistance on this Hasselbach line or the Dubke family from Melvindale, Springwells Twp. Wayne County, MI would be most appreciated.
Ron

Does anyone have any info on Lewis Porath he lived in SE Michigan. I believe his father was Johann, Grand father was Gotlieb, and brothers and sister include Wilhelmina, Ida, Augusta, Emelia, John, William, Herman. I have so far been unable to verify this because info on Lewis is not easy to find.

Hi Brian - nice to "hear" from you, hope you are doing well - FYI the RHS Marching Band is marching in the inaugural parade today in DC! Quite an accomplishment!

So I read in the newspaper. There was a rift that they wanted the band to cover the embroidered indian on the uniform. I understand with the support of the Wyandot nation in Oklahoma the politially correct police let it slide.

I just happened upon this. I am a Hasselbach by marriage and am doing history work on my husbands line. We are related to Christopher Hasselbach Sr. and by his son, George Hasselbach…. I would love to be able to see any info you may have on the hasselbach line.
THank you So much
