Farlis Walter Pope is my grandfather, he was married to Martha Jane Wells. Past that I can find no connections to 'Pope' or records on him. He was a Mason and in his early years lived in Ark. and then later Texas. He was the father of Charles Burton Pope, James Clifford Pope and Dorothy Ruth Pope (my mother). All of these children were born in Ark. He died in Baytown, Tx, in 1958.
