Surnames: Poika, Henriksen, Anderson
I have just found out the Finnish meanings to my g grandfather's name.

Andreas Vilhelm Henriksen...translates to---
Antti/Antero Vilhelm Heiki/Henrikin Poika

so he was born in 1846
any help would be great.

Malodie,

As such, "poika" is not a surname. It simply means "son". Thus, Henrikinpoika or Heikinpoika is a patronymic and translates to "Heikki's son".

Good luck in your search,
