I am trying to research the origins of my surname and obviously 'Poar' is similar to 'Poarch'. If you have any information that may be of use, please feel free to email me.

I am from Southeast VA and my uncle has done research back to our anscestor arriving in Jamestown in 1623 as an indentured servant.

i am searching for the parents of walter davis poarch. i know that he had several brothers and sisters and even half sisters. one of the brothers name is grover and one is billy. if you can help please email me rnaynay411@aol.com

I would be very interested in this info. I have hit a wall with John Carroll Poarch born in 1786 and can't get any further back. Please get in touch.

The surname Poaru originates from the Cook Islands in the South Pacific if this is any help.
