yes there is placencio in placencia spelling my dad found a cousin were we live in oxnard california. With spelling of placencio instead of placencia and they both found out through research that placencio was a typo, so you are really a placencia.

My dads name is Jose Placensia and he was named after one of his uncles. I might have more information!
