George Place b. 1805 Vermont. He married Eunice Waddams in Stephenson County, IL. Could this be a relative?

Hi Carol,

Without any doubt, our trees are going to link up! The Place families from up north, were usually based right near the Canadian Border. Our family members kept crossing over that boundry. A few things to look at online are places that were once our farms and homesteads where parking lots now stand, but many of the old farms are STILL there! Take a look at Derby and Derby Line in VT. As well as Barnston, and other towns that run along that line in Northern Vermont, and Canadian Towns like Stanstead VT.

Take a look at my tree. It may help, but at the very least you should be able to add some relatives of days gone by. Good Luck! : )
