Johann Pinno (1814-1899) was the oldest brother to my Great-Great-Great Grandfather, Christ Pinno (11 Feb 1835-8 Mar 1912). The other brothers were Frederich Pinno (April 1824-26 June 1906 Cook Co.), Carl "Charles" Pinno (Oct 1826-Aft. 1900 Algonquin), & Heinrich "Henry" (1831-18 Oct 1908 Chicago). They all came over in 1867 & settled in Algonquin. Christ's wife's family (Wegener) also came over in 1867 & settled in Algonquin. I am planning on going to Algonquin this weekend to do research. Several members of the Pinno family are buried in Algonquin Cemetery.
