Is anyone researching this family? Franklin PIER who died in 1845? he married Sarah DOUGLASS (about 1818-1848) they lived in Chautauqua County, NY and had at least one child Franklin R. PIER (1843-1894)

I found this snipet in a book of extracts on Death Notices in the Fredonia Censor, but haven't bought it yet
