Hi I am trying to bottom out a family story involving a Margaret Pickering from Northern England. According to the story she was daughter of a titled family and ran off with a man servant which resulted in her being cut off. No idea of the dates but guessing it to be earlier than 1800. According to my mother and a cousin my GM had a bundle of papers relating to it but these were lost in 1940 when she died and the house was cleared. The name Coster might come ito it. Does this ring any bells? Regards Pete
