I am looking for the parents of Martin Pickering. He married Prudence Baker on 22 Dec 1825 and Elizabeth Baker on 19 Jan 1834, both in Warren Co. He then moved to Darke Co., Ohio sometime after.

He had five known children: Rhoda, Moses, Easter, John, and David.

Martin Pickering - 1850 Census - Twin, Darke, Ohio

I would like to think that he might be a descendant of William Pickering and Barbara Woodley, but then again, there were some other Pickering families in Ohio.
