Dear Russ,
How exciting to hear from you! You worked on the family tree previously? Great!
My mom , Anne Kamen Josephs Tater remembers her grandmother Ethel playing cards and both families traveling together. She will check with her Aunt Johny. You are probably her cousin.
I did go to Yad Hashem when I was in Israel. There were only 8 Pianco's listed, only Mordecai had a picture.
Wolf was from Lomza which I was able to find out from his tombstone. I think his wife when he came to America was Jennie. She is buried in Workingman's Circle.
Prior to Great Grandpapa moving his father, my guess was that he was buried there also.
I would love to see your geneology tree of all sides of the family you have traced.
Perchance, did you do the Frank Kamen side? This has been the most frustrating. side for me. I can find no record of Raphael??? Kamen nor the correct Lena.
his wife.
Thanks for writing
Lauri
