I am seeking info on my ancestors,--- ANDREW PHAIR, came to the Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, following the American Revolution, in the late 1700's. His many descendants include WILLIAM BARRY PHAIR (Spouse- REBECCA HANNEY), JOHN HENRY PHAIR (Spouse- SARAH ELIZABETH COY), ANDREW STRATTON PHAIR (Spouse HARRIET S.), EDWIN ERNEST PHAIR (Spouse JUNIETTA ESTEY). Any of these people sound familiar? Post a reply or Email me if so. Thanks!

Edwin Phair

Hi! I was wondering if any of your family came to Wa state or California after they went to Canada? I have several relatives that live or lived in Wa state and California. I am finding out that relatives from Ireland/England may have gone to Canada, or the East Coast. thanks for any information. Anita

Classification: Query
Surnames: Phair, Rhan, Rousseau
My great great grandfather was Andrew Phair from NB, Canada who according to records married Diona Rhan. My aunt has researched his family but found his wife as Dinah Mallais. According to census records, her name is listed as Diona Rhan. ? They married and had my great grandmother, Florence Phair, who later married a Rousseau. I believe she lived in Vermont or NH with her family before marrying Roland Rousseau. My grandmother is one of her daughters, Jacqueline Rousseau.

I can forward you the information my aunt sent to me regarding Andrew Phair and his family. I am very interested in this as well. Especially records that have supposedly "been destroyed".
