George Phair migrated to US in 1869, became a naturalized citizen in 1890.

Any suggestions on how to research the Phairs in England? I live in TX USA and have further information on George Phair if anyone is interested. I do not know what happened to George's brother Joseph, whether he stayed in England or migrated to the US also. Any leads would be appreciated.
