I'm looking for more info on living relatives. I have a printout of the original Ellis Island paper that some Pfrommer's signed, there were a few, including George, John, Frederick...etc. They were butchers from Wuerttenburg. My family of Pfrommers are from PA, Bucks area. Also, if you need help translating text, I speak German.

My family is also from Pa. They mostly lived in Philadelphia. I have a George, a Frederick and several John's in my tree. The furthest back I can go is to Gottlieb Pfrommer from Wurttemberg, Germany. He had 8 sons. The oldest, John was my gg grandfather. there was also Franklin, Frederick, Thomas, Joseph, Andrew, Charles and Edward. Gottlieb's wife was Mary. I have conflicting info on her last name. It was either Flube or Bates. She came from Bayern, Germany. He may have even been married twice because there is a 7 year difference between his first son John and his second son, Frederick. I don't think Pfrommer was that common of a name, so there may be a connection between your Pfrommer's and mine.

My family is related to Pfrommer's from Bucks County, PA. We're looking for information about my wife's grandfather George Thomas Pfrommer, born Nov 24 1925 and died May 9 2003 in Philadelphia. His parents were Joseph and Lillian Pfrommer from the Bucks County, PA area. His siblings were Joseph, Josephine, and Lillian. Our family has almost no information about him or his family, except that we've traced our line back to Gottlieb Pfrommer from Germany. We'd really like to know more about the branch of family from Bucks County. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
