Hello. Welcome to the Pfrommer Message Board. The Pfrommer name originated in Germany, and I have some information, tho not too much, about the Pfrommers who lived in New Jersey.

I am trying to do my (our) family tree and any information would be greatly appreciated.

James. You need to give much more information on the Pfrommer surname, i.e., given names, places where they may come from, approximate dates. etc.

I just really started and my information doesn't go back that far. All I know is the name itself goes back to Germany, not who.

I have a Caroline Pfrommer born Apr. 15 1850 died. Mar 29, 1915. My grandmother said she was from Brandywine Delaware. She also had a brother Charles. Any relation to the ones you have?

Debra. Sorry, I cannot tell if they are or not. I have not been able to go back that far with the Pfrommer line. Thanks.

Hello, My Pfrommers lived mostly in Philadelphia and Bucks Co. They came from Germany before 1837 . Gottlieb Pfrommer was the person who immigrated here. His wife was MAry and her last name seems to be Flube with two dots over the u, but it is GErman so who knows if that is really it.

My family is looking for information about my wife's grandfather George Thomas Pfrommer, born Nov 24 1925 and died May 9 2003 in Philadelphia. His parents were Joseph and Lillian Pfrommer from the Bucks County, PA area. His siblings were Joseph, Josephione, and Lillian. Our family has almost no information about him or his family. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
