I did some research, and been unable to find anything. I came across a gentleman that does this for a living, and what he told me was that Pfingsten (or the older variant Pfingston), was more or less, a title granted to individuals, typically landowners. As far as he knew, there was no family coat of arms as it was a name more related to title (one that could be purchased or granted) than lineage. In general, if there was a coat of arms, the national German eagle coat of arms would be used. I, too, have been searching for years, so if anyone comes across something different, please let me know.
