Just wanted to let all who want to know that I may have some information on Pfaffenroths in the Oshkosh Wis area. I am not big into Geneology, but my Uncle has been big into it, and also the Oshksoh German club which he gave me a medallion with the names Henry and Catherine Pfaffenroth from when the migrated to Oshkosh from Poland i believe.
If anyone would like any other family history give me an E-Mail and I am sure i can dig up quite a bit of information.
by the way my name is Matt Paffenroth, the extra "f" in pfaffenroth was dropped when my father was young.

MY Grand father Conrad Pfaffenroth and his wife Katharine Weitz came to Oskosh in 1907 .They were members of the Lutheran church and are listed in the lists. There are a number of Pfaffenroths that they were associated with but I have no idea who they are . If you or your uncle know about the church registers from 1907 to 1909 and can shed some light on who the other Poffenroths were I would be very interested in talking to you.
Thanks Garry

Surnames: Pfaffenroth
My grandfather Albert's parents were Elizabeth and Peter Pfaffenroth who immigrated form Russia via Germany in 1901. They settled in Warwick, New York, but I know that more of the family went to Wisconsin and that when on my grandfather's honeymoon they stayed with family in Wisconsin. Conrad is a fairly familiar name to me -- I think it might be Peter's brother?

Hi Matt,
My mother is a Poffenroth from Calgary.
I have a lot of info on the Pfaffenroth's from Yagodnaya Polyana, Russia. I'd be interested in the information you have and trying to connect them with the Paffenroth's in Oshkosh.
If you're interested I'll share with you what I have too.
