Anne Marie , I am so sorry to hear about your brother Anthony. I can only imagine how hard it must be to lose a brother. I also think it was very fortunate for everyone to be with him during his last moments. Our prayers will be with you and your family.

SIncerely,
Mike

Hi,

I read with great interest your email concerning Michael Landi from Valle Agricola. My grandfather, Pasquale, also came from there. He settled in R.I. Might he be the same Michael's brother?

Hi Anne Marie,

I noticed your posts from several years ago. I'm actually a descendant of the Del Pezzo's on my great-grandmother's side. When I found them in an early census they are listed as Pezzi's and Pezza's, so I'm not 100% sure which one it is. I just thought I might give you a little info and see if any of it rings a bell. My great great grandfather was Carmine (Pezza/Pezzi/Del Pezzo) and he married a woman named Maria (not sure of maiden name). They eventually settled in Brooklyn, NYC. They had a few kids - Fortunata (Fannie) in 1892, Anne, Carmine and Ralph. Fortunata was my great grandmother.

If any of this sounds familiar, please let me know.

Thanks!
