Jason D. "Lerch" Peyatt
Jason D. "Lerch" Peyatt, 25, of Dalton, Ohio (Wayne County) died Friday, April 22, 2005, at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville, Ohio.
Jason was born Oct. 4, 1979, in Cleveland, Ohio (Cuyahoga County) to Roger and Cynthia (Bess) Peyatt and had made his home in Cleveland and in Dalton, OHIO for the past 15 years.
He had worked at Crites & Son Paving and Toms Salvage.
He enjoyed working on old cars.
Surviving are his mother, Cindy (Bernard) Chaffin of Dalton, OH; his father, Roger Peyatt of Georgia; sisters, Lisa (Keith) Crosjean of Orrville, Ohio; Cristen (Nick Carter) Peyatt of Orrville and Cali Renee Chaffin of Dalton; grandparents, Lula Peyatt of Craigsville, W.Va., and Marge (Gary Stevenson) Donahue of Craigsville, West Virginia; nieces, Cheyenne and Angel; a nephew, Zack; and numerous aunts and uncles.
His grandfather, Darrell Peyatt, died previously.
The family will receive friends Monday from 3-5 p.m. at their home, 516 W. Main St., Dalton. Services and calling hours will be held at a later date at
Simon-Coleman Funeral Home in Richmond, W.Va. Burial will be at Craigsville, W.Va.
Those who wish may make contributions to the family. Local arrangements are being handled by Zak-Monbarren Funeral Home in Dalton.
